She works with public- and private-sector leaders to advance energy efficiency and infrastructure modernization through strategic partnerships, coordination and expert guidance.

Yuill Herbert is an internationally recognized climate strategist with more than 20 years of experience in mitigation and adaptation. He has led high-profile climate planning initiatives across North America and helped develop some of the continent’s first community climate action plans. A long-time contributor to the United Nations climate process, he brings both technical expertise and social insight to advancing effective climate action.

Ameer Faquir is a seasoned facility management leader and Director of Facilities and Fleet Management for Adams County, overseeing more than 40 facilities, including the Colorado Air and Space Port. He previously led facility operations at Denver International Airport, managing complex MEP systems, a central utility plant and airfield lighting. With 13 years at King County, Washington, Ameer brings deep experience in large-scale operations and strategic leadership.

Christopher F. Halpin, PE, CEM, CMVP, LEED AP, USDOE PF, is a transformational energy leader with more than 40 years of experience in global energy management. A former Global Energy Manager for a Fortune 100 company and founder of Celtic Energy, he has delivered more than $2.5 billion in federal, state and local energy projects, including ESPC, EaaS, PPA and PACE. Chris continues to advise the U.S. Department of Energy, the Energy Services Coalition and public agencies nationwide on advancing efficiency and climate strategy.

The school has 1,875 students and over 500 staff and faculty. This is her first facilities experience outside of corporate.

Stuart A. Belloff: Mr. Belloff is a founding partner and serves as Executive Vice President of Reliable Power Alternatives Corporation, an energy consulting company that manages over $1 billion in energy assets for some of the largest energy users in the country. Mr. Belloff brings a diversified and progressive knowledge of Energy Markets, Technology and Risk Management skills with over 30 years of experience structuring energy commodity strategies for companies such as Bloomberg LLP, NYSE Group, LeFrak Organization, Macerich, TD Bank, Canon, Volkswagen, and Cushman Wakefield, to name a few.

Ke Wang, Vice President of Energy Analytics at Reliable Power Alternatives Corp, has over ten years’ experience in providing energy procurement and integrated energy management solutions for large commercial and industrial customers. Leading the team with in-depth knowledge of wholesale energy markets and incisive analytical skills, Ke has extensive expertise in structuring energy products/solutions and developing purchasing strategies to achieve clients’ business objectives and sustainability goals.

Building Flood-Resilient Facilities: Strategies for Risk and Continuity
