The IFMA Sustainability Community is a strategic theme and core competency of the facility manager that touches every aspect of the association. The primary responsibility of ISC is to facilitate IFMA’s performance as a sustainable organization, develop the ESUS Community, and provide input on the development of ESUS as a core competency. To accomplish this responsibility, ISC shall work with staff and the ISC to identify and explore strategic and tactical initiatives related to sustainability in the built environment.
